Cut Comb Honey

Try our new seasons sweet clover cut comb honey (340 grams). Freshly harvested from the pristine dairy fields of Whangaehu Valley just south of Whanganui.

You can’t get more raw than honey comb cut straight from frames of honey. Honey dripping from freshly drawn wax spread liberally onto hot toast, crumpets or onto crackers with a wine, cheese and honey evening.

We use wooden frames with a thin foundation wax in the centre, stablised by wires threaded through. We heat the wires and remove them from the frames, then cut the comb to size and place into our square containers.
