Carob Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- pinch salt
- vanilla
- 1 cup cream-unpasturised if possible
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into the top half of a double boiler.
- Cook gently, stirring occasionally until sauce is smooth and creamy.
