Carob Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • pinch salt
  • vanilla
  • 1 cup cream-unpasturised if possible

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into the top half of a double boiler.
  • Cook gently, stirring occasionally until sauce is smooth and creamy.
