Ingredients
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1-2 dessertspoons liquid honey
Method
- Pour ingredients into a small glass jar
- Add salt to taste, stir well
- Drizzle over your salad and enjoy
- Keep the rest in the fridge for next time
Optional extras: crushed garlic, ½ tsp. ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger, ground black pepper
